Our client was an innovative player, active in a large industrial sector, and known for its technical expertise and sustainability focus. They faced a critical challenge: to secure a significant investment of over SEK 3 billion to strengthen their market position and further develop their business.
Aims and objectives of the project
The main objective of the project was to develop a convincing business case for establishing a joint venture with two of Sweden’s largest industrial companies. This included the development of detailed financial models, a thought out business strategy and comprehensive decision materials to convince potential investors and partners.
To achieve this goal, we conducted a comprehensive international market analysis to understand the current market situation and identify strategic opportunities. This work was complemented by detailed financial modeling, developed in close collaboration with all functions in the company.
